There is a scam circulating regarding funds being withdrawn from TFCU accounts. We encourage you to be aware of potential text scams and to protect yourself from fraudsters pretending to be TFCU.
How the scam works:
- You receive a text message from a number claiming to be TFCU that says you have a pending withdrawal on your account with a link to cancel this transaction.
- Do not click the link! If you respond and provide any identifying information, the fraudster may get access to your account.
If you are unsure about the status of your account, log in to Home Branch online or mobile banking or contact the TFCU Member Service Center at (405) 732-0324, option 6, to confirm transactions.
