How do I access my account online?
If you have an open and active TFCU account, you can enroll in Home Branch online and mobile banking. Simply view and accept the terms and conditions, set up your security features and begin using Home Branch on your browser or mobile device.
From TinkerFCU.org, log in to Home Branch online banking by clicking on “LOGIN” in the top right corner of the website.
How do I send a wire transfer?
To wire transfer money to another financial institution, you must visit the lobby of a TFCU branch or call Member Service Center at 405-732-0324, option 6, or 1-800-456-4828, option 6.
You will need the recipient’s wiring instructions, name, address and the financial institution’s address. Other information may be required if the amount is over certain limits.
Note: TFCU does not send wires to recipients outside the U.S.
How do I add external or third party accounts?
You can add and track third party accounts, or external accounts, in Home Branch by selecting “Transfers” from the main menu, then selecting “+External account” or “Transfer to other institutions by adding an external transfer account” from your mobile device. This will allow you to enter the information for the other institution and begin the linking process. A “Pending” status on an external account will remain until you complete the verification process. When you submit an external account within 24 to 72 hours. Once you gather those amounts, you can return to the “Transfers” page and enter the deposit amounts to verify the external transfer. This will complete the process.
Please note: you will only be able to transfer to and from share accounts (savings or checking) from financial institutions within the United States on which you are an owner. You will be able to make a transfer to your deposit accounts and payment(s) to your TFCU loan(s) from your accounts at other financial institutions. Your financial institution’s name (Account name), routing number, account number and account type (savings or checking) are required to set up an account for external transfers.
How do I add or remove joint owners from my account?
To add or remove a joint owner, you can visit a full service TFCU branch and complete paperwork, or call our Member Service Center at 405-732-0324, option 6, or 1-800-456-4828, option 6, to have paperwork mailed to you. (This will require a notary public.)
Note: Mailed paperwork will not be processed until proper documents are received.
Can I make my loan payment online?
Yes, payments can be made online and through Home Branch online and mobile banking (Home Branch access and registration required).
If you are making a TFCU loan payment from another institution, you will need to set up an external transfer in Home Branch.
