Protect Yourself From Phone Scams

Please do not provide personal information to any suspicious calls regarding your TFCU MoneyPlus™ VISA® check card or credit cards. TFCU does not ask you to share information already on file over the phone.
How the scam works:

1. You receive a call from a number claiming to be TFCU that says your TFCU card or account has had suspicious activity or has been compromised. The fraudster will then ask you for your Home Branch credentials––including your security questions and PIN number.

2. Do not share this information with anyone! If you provide any identifying information, the fraudster may get access to your account.

If you are unsure about the status of your card or account, please contact the TFCU Member Service Center at (405) 732-0324, option 6, to confirm.
