Bill Pay Downtime – Preparing for New System

Beginning Tuesday, March 8, 2022, Bill Pay will be temporarily unavailable for seven days for a conversion to a new system. During this time, you will be unable to schedule new Bill Pay payments or modify existing payments. However, all payments scheduled prior to March 8 will go through successfully. Access to Bill Pay will resume on Tuesday, March 15 on a new system.

Example: If, prior to March 8, you schedule a bill payment to pay on March 11, that payment will be processed normally even though Bill Pay will be unavailable for you to view from March 8 to March 15.

This Bill Pay downtime is in preparation for TFCU’s new Home Branch online and mobile banking launch, which includes the new Bill Pay system.

We encourage you to review, validate and save all your current payee information and payment schedules prior to March 8 and then check your information after Bill Pay access resumes on March 15. Some payee information may not match after the conversion, such as payee names and addresses. Additionally, if you have eBills, these will need to be reset in the new system.
