Live Chat Security Information

TFCU’s Live Chat sessions are encrypted with Transport Layer Security (TLS) using a DigiCert global certificate key. This key supports up to 256-bit encryption with the standard browser versions. This enables TFCU Live Chat sessions to maintain the highest level of security while supporting the widest range of browsers.

To access Live Chat, TFCU recommends the two most recent versions of the following following web browsers: Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Apple Safari. Older versions of these browsers may not be as secure and can cause functionality issues.

International Travel Notices: To notify TFCU of international travel plans through Live Chat, please include travel dates, location and the last four digits of the card(s) in the field under “How can we help you?”.
